Fruit and Vegetable Service

NGCFI operates 8 'fruit barras' selling low-cost fruit and vegetables in a range of community venues. The sessions are staffed by volunteers and also offer healthy tasters and information about healthy lifestyles. Why not come along?

Orders

We can take orders of fruit and vegetables which can be picked up at any of the fruit and vegetable sessions detailed or at our office. Please call 0141 558 2600 for more details or to make your order.

Deliveries

We make free deliveries of fruit and vegetables to local businesses, cafes or public or voluntary organisations. We currently supply 2 community cafes and a NHS facility. For more infomation on what we can do for you contact Jon on 0141 558 2600.

Buses to NGCFI:

First Bus 45 from Central Station, 85 or 88 from Glasgow Buchanan Street Bus Station, all go close to the office. First Buses 31 and 37 go to the same venue from Glasgow Cross. Ask to get off at Balgrayhill Community Centre.
