NGCFI, Awarded £117,757 from Big Lottery for Healthier
Eating Royston Experience North Glasgow Community Food Initiative, through our Healthier Eating
Royston Experience (HERE) project will, over two years, help over 800 residents of the Royston area of Glasgow to make informed
choices to improve their eating habits. The money will be used to
fund the salary of two new part-time posts - a Community Nutritionist and Community Chef. There will be additional
hours for the project's Volunteer Support Worker and fruit and veg van driver. NGCFI will work in partnership with local
organisations including Royston Youth Action and Rosemount Lifelong Learning.

to engage people in practical and sustainable food related projects that inspire health and well-being and celebrate the diverse
nature of communities in North Glasgow.
