Royston Community Pantry is a membership-based shop that provides good food at a subsidised rate. The Pantry stocks fresh, nutritional food including fruit and vegetables, store cupboard staples like pasta, rice, and tinned goods, as well as freshly made snacks and meals, cooked by volunteers in the community.

Anyone can become a member of Royston Community Pantry for £3. You can then do a weekly shop for £3, which can provide an estimated £30 worth of food. Members also have the option of paying a solidarity price of £4 per shop, to further support the pantry and subsidise the costs for other shoppers in the community.

If you are interested in becoming a member, please pop into the Pantry to fill in an application form. Membership costs £3, and we will need to see some form of ID, (e.g. a driving licence, birth certificate or passport) to process your application. You can print out and complete a form at home using the link below, before coming with your ID to complete the application. If you don’t have any ID, please get in touch to discuss other options.

If you are an asylum seeker, or have no recourse to public funds, you can receive a referral voucher for the Pantry from Govan Community Project. Find out more information by calling 0800 310 0054
